Hmmmm,Hey Cathi,
I got word our library gals are a bit intimidated by the gift exchange idea for Christmas. I plan to have everyone bring 12 oz. of worsted weight yarn to swap at our September meeting. I hope to see that each member of our group knits or crochets a knitting bag for the person who's yarn they get (we'll play a game to exchange the yarns), I'll make and install linings in the bags and then each person will spend $10 to fill the bag for the original owner of the yarn. We'll all bring them to the December Christmas party for a gift exchange.
Anyway, the gals are afraid that they won't make a nice enough bag to exchange so we've got to come up with a couple of nice, very easy patterns. I'm posting an easy square bag pattern right now and will try and post a new one every few days. Here is todays with a picture coming asap.
